Happy Fall! Thanks to everyone who connected with the Early Childhood Collaborative of Southington this summer. - We met dozens of families while exhibiting at the Farmer's Market. - The Southington Police Department inspected thirty-two car seats in three hours at our annual car seat safety check event. If you missed it, you can reach out to the SPD to schedule a check of your seat. September is Child Passenger Safety Awareness Month. - At our Summer Bookmobile Tour, our partner from Read to Grow gave out 225 books. - We launched the Loads and Laughs Playdate at Supersuds and met some curious children. This will continue once a month. This fall, you can find folks from the Early Childhood Collaborative at school open houses, the Southington Public Library, and holiday events. We hope to connect with you there or reach out to us with your questions.
