Dear NICU Mama provides emotional support and community for NICU families, primarily through a private peer support group, uplifting “Letters of Hope” written by other NICU moms, and ongoing social media encouragement. They also offer educational content like blogs and podcasts, as well as outreach materials and hospital support kits to help families feel seen and supported during their NICU journey.
