Mid-Level Developmental Assessment | The Village

Mid-Level Developmental Assessment (MLDA) is for Children 6 months - 6 years old who are struggling within their home and/or school environment.
Services include:
- Comprehensive clinical assessment of communication, cognitive, physical, adaptive, social/emotional and parenting
- Developmental testing
- Feedback session
- Integrated family services plan within 30 days
