Tiny Miracles Foundation

The Tiny Miracles Foundation is a nonprofit charity serving Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut dedicated to helping families with premature babies.
Programs were developed by parents of premature babies to offer comfort, support, guidance and hope. The Tiny Miracles Foundation provides on-site programs and services at 6 partner hospitals, along with community-based services for preemie parents in Fairfield and New Haven Counties.

All of our programs and services are provided free of charge.
